Double album ‘Grand Prix du Disque 1954’ recorded live in 1953, during recitals given from 5 October 1953 to 4 April 1954.

Three versions issued over the course of the pressings:
1) without the note ‘6 mois de représentations consécutives (6 months of consecutive shows)’ on the back of the sleeve and without the note ‘Grand prix du disque 1954’ on the round labels of the records;
2) without ‘6 mois de représentations consécutives (6 months of consecutive shows)’ on the back of the sleeve but with ‘Grand prix du disque 1954’ on the round labels. Size of the sleeve slightly reduced;
3) with the two notes. Return to the original size of the sleeve.

The records were also available in a woven rigid box set, entitled Yves Montand, son plus grand récital, Théâtre de l’Étoile 1953-1954; reference unchanged.
This version was distributed by CBS, sometime between 1963 and 1966 (the period during which CBS was distributing Odéon records, among other labels, before they joined Pathé Marconi).
Identical sleeve as the one with the note ‘6 mois de représentations consécutives (6 months of consecutive shows)’ but smaller and more ‘glossy’ in appearance, with black edge instead of red on the first pressings; orange round labels instead of green on the first editions (it is possible they had already changed on Odéon’s post- 1954 pressings), with the note ‘Grand prix du disque 1954’.

Original double album also issued in Japan by the Angel label in 1956-1957, 33 RPM (12 inch) n° OV 1001-2. Records also available in two separate editions, 33 RPM (12 inch) n° OV 1001 and OV 1002, sleeves being changed on the back and encapsulated in plastic.
